Fault Lines

Jun 07 - Jun 26 2025

Columbia MFA x THE BLANC

THE BLANC is pleased to announce Fault Lines, this year’s summer exhibition organized by the MFA Visual and Sound Art classes of 2025 and 2026 at Columbia University and curated by Jenée Daria-Strand.

Fault Lines features the work of over 50 artists exploring a range of media—including, but not limited to, moving image, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, sound art, and new genres.

Through the lens of artistic practice, Fault Lines traces how artists navigate and expose the subtle ruptures—personal, political, and environmental—that shape our lived experiences. The exhibition maps the generative fractures where questions of place, identity, and material process intersect with instability, tension, and transformation.
