Join us for Stones, Axioms, and Poems, a live human-machine performance developed through the Human-Machine Improvisation Lab at the University of Washington's Digital Arts and Experimental Media (DXARTS) program.
Part of an ongoing exploration of making kin with other forms of existence across the margins of language and meaning, the performance transforms the stage into a laboratory where human and non-human performers construct a unique language through translation, mis-translation, imagination, ritual, and symbiotic experimentation. Together, they search for ways to narrate the world, forging a shared experience that unfolds as an endless process of becoming—a question inhabited and unraveled live on stage.
